Pain starts in my left rear-end and travels down my leg. Sometimes I even get numbness. I don’t really have much back pain. Is it back-related?
Over and over we see patients with pain in the legs and buttocks or numbness and tingling in the legs, but no back pain. Most often the problem still comes from the lower back.

Today’s joggle was 6.5 miles on the treadmill in 51 minutes. It was a sprint workout: 4×800 in 2:30 and 1×800 in 5:00 in between. All of it was done joggling. I’m not sure I ever joggled on a treadmill going 11 miles/hour.
But now, my right lower leg is hurting. [...]

my legs hurt allways im on my legs all day alot of walking and running im a waitress! and grandmother raising 2 young boys! how do i stop this pain ? wen i drive for more than 30 min. my lower legs go numb and hurt badly!

. So you can imagine that at the end of day she is going to be having pain in her feet and legs. Multiply that 1 day by 5- and she may be experiencing some major pains. What can she do for this foot and leg pain...well i have some ideas for pain relief:
