Is Anorexia Nervosa a more serious, deadly, scary, real, or traumatic illness than Bulimia..." to people that it is an actual illness, with physical consequences and harsh emotional ramifications, like anorexia, despite the fact that it often does not leave it's sufferers

Dear Maria...
I'm always reading about women with eating disorders like anorexia and bulimia. There's so much written about this.
I don't have... socially acceptable, so you can just live with it. I mean we're not suffering from obesity or anything like that. We're just uncomfortable.

My diagnosis was anorexia bulimia.
I stopped eating . Lost lots of weight. Started throwing up what I did eat. And then added in some hardcore bingeing for good... – out. I am not anorexic because I binge and purge – and I am not just bulimic, because if you take away the bingeing and purging, there’s certainly no other eating going on under
