discovered this mystery bruise on my middle finger of my right hand.
Can you see it?
It is actually a lot worse in person, the photo does no it justice. It is actually BLUE on the sides. I’ve never truly understood “black and blue”, just the black, but now I do! And it is painful to the touch in the middle of that part of my finger, not the joint where

I also ended up with a bunch of sweet bruises on my arms and wrists. It looks like I got into a fight with an angry child with very large hands. And tiny fingers. That is a weird mental image.

So Ava was running laps at school today and she ended up getting all tangled up somehow and falling backwards onto her head.
She has always been a touch clumsy...we don't call her "Grace" for nothing! But she hit her head pretty hard today and she wasn't able to tell the teacher how many fingers were being held up in front of her, she felt

And even now, on Friday evening, it still looks nasty. Browny-greeny-blacky colour and the bruising covers a large area. He... fingers, so we don't think it's broken, but it's definitely sore and she's being very careful not to use her hand much, so I think she's sprained it or something. We'll definitely
