Late last year my father was at it again… making his annual batch of pepper sauce! I am so happy that many of you have made it and enjoyed it. If you haven’t already seen or tried the recipe, you can get it here!

1/4 lb. breadfruit, diced (or cassava as I used in this case)
4 cups vegetable stock
1 cup light cream
salt and pepper to taste
chopped chives
METHOD:
1. Sauté onions and garlic in butter until wilted.
2. Add diced breadfruit, vegetable stock and cook until breadfruit is easily pierced with a fork.
3. Let cool, then pureé in an electric blender

Today is the day Jason and I leave for Vegas!!! I am so excited about this trip :)

, coffee, cacao (cocoa), breadfruit, cola, jackfruit, mangoes, oranges oil palms, trees that provide firewood, trees that provide timber etc etc, all on top of the other... trees, a cola tree, breadfruit and jackfruit. Now there are enough but not too many shade trees to ensure a good coffee harvest.
