When I was diagnosed with a brain tumor, a seizure was my first sign as well.
Often, this is the way they present themselves. I was very lucky, in that, my tumor was a benign meningioma. Kennedy's is a malignant brain tumor--one of the most aggressive types.

I am the only one in my family who is allowed to have a brain tumor. I have 5, that is more than enough for the 4 of us.
