Alzheimer’s, whether it’s a food, a supplement or a “brain exercise” to keep my brain from withering away.

. Until now! Researchers from Princeton University are studying how new brain cells that are created by exercise (go back and read that in case you missed it—exercise creates new brain cells!) are biochemically and naturally more calm. Fascinating stuff, right?

That’s what dh told me today, lol. He cracks me up. I went in for an MRI this morning, they did scans of my brain and neck. I can see how people sometimes feel... else to do in there for over an hour.
The good news is, I do have a brain J and there are no obvious signs of alien tampering. Yay!
