I have had numbing on my right upper thigh for nearly 2 years and been to many doctors and in the end results they tell me its something im gonna have to live with. Take a nice dose of stress and some numbness and add a dash of fatigue and you have the recipe for a tough day--or one where it's really difficult to get moving.

individual with a chronic illness can relate to the "what came first, the side effects or the symptoms?" dilemma. I'll leave you pondering that question and with our daily Jolt... My mother (just like any concerned mom) would often scream at me when I was a kid, as playing and getting hurt was a 'normal... ventilation for 3 to 4 weeks
3) an intravenous infusion of magnesium that will prevent muscle spasms
4) continuous IV infusion of diazepam

Svanasana (upward facing dog) to Adho Mukha Svanasana (downward facing dog) without just flopping down and flipping my feet, or just putting my feet right and then going into the pose... as a kind of side benefit. And lo and behold, I did it! So here's my advice to the interwebs: from up-dog, engage your core even more, lift your hips up then back
