to a decaf switcheroo with regular joe. This could have devastating and long-term side effects to someone who has celiac disease.
I have been knocking at hell’s door for the past 24... the side effects disappear in a few days (that is IF I am lucky enough that the rash doesn’t rear it’s ugly head at me)…it can take months for the intestinal damage to heal.

I received a very nice email from the Manager who assisted me at Boston’s Gourmet Pizza last week after I was accidentally “glutened.” I wanted to share with everyone the email and the steps that the Albuquerque Boston’s has taken to see that this will hopefully not happen again. It puts a smile of gratitude on my face for their effort

Bye bye to Boston’s Canadian drug importation program

reimportation from Canada, yet his program to encourage it was ill-conceived and is now being abandoned.
Boston made Canadian drug reimportation an option for some of its retirees... has saved about $3 million per year through its reimportation program but Boston’s only captured $4300! What a joke. Now the program is ending.

We made it to Boston safely, long story to come later! I am just glad that I am here and was able to have a fantastic pre-race day. My day started with a nice run a long the bay with Miss . Lacey Nicole herself!! She was so sweet to drive out to south Boston and run an easy 3 mile run with me this morning. Our run was so nice, it was a bit windy
