Head is almost on the foot in Eka pada rajakapotanasana. Chest is opening up more and more each day. I work both my body to open up and also my emotions. I've decided to stay and meet situations with an open heart and attitude, not to run away and hide. Possibly it's paying of in my asanas as well. Bodymind mindbody.
