I guess the inspiration for this look came from a look one of my colleagues did at work, but I used completely different products and it turned out a bit different :)

Cyanosis (blue) lips are usually a sign of Hypoxia which is a lack of essential Oxygen being delivered to the cells....

they’ll be collecting 40,000 lipstick prints sent in by people worldwide. They are aiming to set a new Guinness World Record.
Blue lips are one of pulmonary hypertension’s symptoms, so they’re asking participants to use blue lippy or facepaint before putting lips to paper. It’s for a good cause and only costs the price of postage. Will you be joining in?

for sleep-aids, the more I thought "shit, I've got to be on tv in 5 hours" the less sleep wanted anything to do with me. So, after watching at least 5 hours of an NYPD Blue marathon... was a gender reassignment surgery or anything, I just feel like a complete fraud in a dress. Yet, I'm obsessed with lip gloss. Hmm...something for a therapist to sort out I think
