When my dog Keetna was diagnosed with diabetes, my veterinarian told me to monitor her blood sugar with urine strips - an inaccurate but easy method. Blood glucose testing... with the proper insulin dose to get healthy blood glucose readings. Since then, I’ve been a big proponent of home blood glucose testing for diabetic animals.

a different effect on blood glucose levels than aerobic exercise. From what I've read, strength exercise isn't the best option for lowering a blood glucose reading in the short-term... of weight for me. I'm also going to test before and after CardioSculpt class and see how that affects my blood glucose levels.
