It took the ER nurses, technicians, and doctor 7 hours to check me out. The conclusion was that I had several bloodclots in my legs. My running didn't cause my bloodclots

One question I have is whether or not my running caused my bloodclots. I don't remember if I've already posted the answer to that question, so I'm doing it again to be sure... should help avoid clots rather than cause clots. Running improves blood circulation while bloodclots are formed when blood coagulates from being stagnant.
