a protocol that uses birth control pills. Why would birth control pills be used in IVF?
Birth control pills or, more correctly, oral contraceptive pills (OCPs) can be used as a part.... Personally, I have had poor results with the use of oral contraceptives except in known high responding patients. I know that many clinics use pills in protocols without any problems

I've heard from Ali and others about the weird things birth control pills seem to do to people healthwise. It's already known that they can cause blood clots (so DO... irregular even after only a few cycles.
Last I spoke, Julie Indichova (author of Inconceivable) is also conducting a study on birth control pills and their effect on infertility
