Biking-So Different From the Run! by Kathy .. Healthy Living Professional Posted Sat 18 Oct 2008 2:34pm So today I started my biking routine. I’ll do a long run on Saturday and a long ride on Sunday. Exercise: What's Too Much? by Ashley M. Posted Sun 08 Aug 2010 9:05am When I started training for longer distances races, my mileage, naturally, went way up.
