Lollygagging before a long ride by left.right.repeat Posted Fri 16 Oct 2009 10:04pm I was late out the door this morning due to stalling before a long ride. Big brick today of 4 hour ride - about 63 miles and then a 2.5 mile run....ooooohhhh that run was FUN....this IM plan is pretty cool but also intense.
