Today I did the same chest and biceps workout that I’ve been doing for the last couple weeks. I kept... indoors. Yuck!
Chest Workout
Flat Bench Press
1 set x 15 reps, 50#
1 set x 12 reps, 55#
1 set x 10 reps, 60#
Exercise Ball Push Ups

Legs #3 (with some biceps)
Warm up for 5 minutes on treadmill.
Do 3 sets of each exercise at a weight that is challenging for 8-10 reps.

I decided to do arms: both biceps and triceps. I can tell it was a good workout because my arms feel like jell-o and while I was working out, it felt like they were on fire. =)
Originally I had also planned to do shoulders, but I’ll just continue to do those on leg day. I skipped cardio today, I’m going to do it tomorrow morning instead!

Today was arm day so I did biceps and triceps. This is a brand new workout I haven’t done before and my.... Having 4 kids makes it tough to fit everything in sometimes. =)
Biceps
Incline Bench Dumbbell Curl

since I did any ab stuff, so I was expecting it. I’ll start doing an ab workout at least once a week again.

Preacher Curls

Your biceps can easily get a good workout carrying in groceries, lifting up a toddler or toting textbooks to class. (Of course additional strength training in the gym is great for the front of the arms as well.) But the back of the arms? A little more difficult to strengthen through everyday activities.
