I’ve been skimping on sleep lately. And I can tell the difference.
Ouch!
Trying to keep up with deadlines can sometimes backfire… My brain simply doesn’t work as fast... what’s the action plan?
Reorder priorities….
Get enough sleep, in one piece. Go to bed at a reasonable time sleep till morning and don’t get up in the middle of the night

When you go to bed use one of your pillows to put next to you to stop yourself from rolling over if an inadvertent movement is agony, or buy a body pillow.
Lie it against your back and also you can use a pillow under your bent knees if your pain radiates down one of your legs.
