I am so excited to be interviewing celebrity trainer Kristin McGee! Did you know she’s also helped shaped the bodies of supers ...

I have three young ones and I can say from experience that each “job” has its own equipment, so to speak. Meaning, you have a bag for hiking, one for the gym and maybe one for work, but do you have one for all the diapers, wipes, bottles and creams that is better known as the “Kid Kit”? Sure you could use a backpack or a messenger bag or perha ...

Before I share with you my favorite movie picks of the year, please bear in mind two things. I usually never, I repeat never see all the movies that are nominated for Academy Awards. Thank you for sticking to the word count, because 850 words multiplied by a hefty number equals ev ...

I've been talking about what it's like for them because I'm getting ready to write the next installment of my Other Side of the Chair series for Dental Office magazine. So, I go to the source and luckily I have some very good ones. I also think about Ben, who writes the dmdstudent blog. ...

Last week Under-Secretary-of-State for Health, Ben Bradshaw launched another attack on our General Practitioners (family doctors).
Dr Crippen responded . Dr Crippen admired that Ben was the first openly gay Member of Parliament (for Exeter - what it is with gay MPs in the south-west .... can you remember Jeremy Thorpe in North Devo ...

My first exposure to mental illness was shortly after High School when my grandmother had a stroke and was moved to a nursing home near my folk’s house. My memories of my grandmother were not of a warm, fuzzy and kindly old woman. She was crabby until she had her stroke. The stroke rendered her paralyzed on her right side. I don’t know if the str ...

Rather than continuing to blog about myself, I'm going to tak ...
