I'm finished with the bellydancing class. I signed up for about 10 classes and only finished half of them. I think a dance class really depends on the quality of the instructor. If you have a great teacher who pays attention to the classes movements and provides good individualized tips, you are very lucky!

I've now attended5 bellydancing classes and I can't tell you how much I enjoy it!
Last night I attended a make-up class with a teacher I've never studied... think bellydancing could be a really fun experience for many women and a really interesting, unique way to be active!

Well, it wasn't my abs that were angry with me - it was the oblique muscles that were less than happy about my first attempt at bellydancing!
I was terrible at it, but I... some 'basic' moves - snake arms, veronic arms, that sort of thing. Then, on to learning the first dance. Oh, but first we got to put on the waist scarves with the little jingly
