Quite a few folks have indicated in their comments that they are motivated to get out and walk or jog. However, if you want to improve

. However, shortly after the run the front came through and is still coming through and the temperature is 62 degrees right now. That is freezing for us Texans! I am wearing jeans and a long sleeve shirt right now.
Anyways, my next decision was do I just do the light 30 minute run that is planned for my 1/2 mary training program or do I bust ass and see what

It’s good to be running again. I did take a prolonged layoff, but I have been back at it for over 2 weeks. I decided to switch up the program this week. Since this years A race is an Olympic distance triathlon, with a 10k run, my long run only needs to be 1 to 1.5 hours long. So I switched up my long run from the traditional Sunday morning

I've been doing a lot of thinking about the new running program I've recently devised, "Becoming A Two-Hour Runner" ( BTHR ). I realize that this plan might appear... think of the program as 3 separate but consecutive running plans, as it's actually a 3-phase program. This is an untested (i.e., beta) running program: Please be aware that this training program is brand new & untested. So, this means that, since I haven't actually started this plan yet, I'm..., please note that I originally created this plan solely for my own use, as I couldn't find any satisfactory time-based programs for running longer distances.
