Was never really a fan of beets...and I really just used them for the first time when I made the semi- vegan red velvet cupcakes for Valentine's Day. I was really surprised at how many people and especially kids who have food allergies. I have never had a problem with allergies, except maybe pollen, and I can’t imagine being a parent of a child who has a food allergy!
