Bedtime Habits
1. Stick to a schedule – get out of bed the same time every morning, even on holidays and weekends.
2. Avoid exercising and stressful activities 2 hours... (no distracting noise, use ear plugs if necessary) and cool. Also keep it well ventilated.

All children need to learn habits early. I have seen many children grow into adults that can't function in the world because they don't have good habits in place before....

Here is the diagram I created for my Al-Anon meeting this week. Let me see if I can explain it.
