The Strongman contest at the Calgary Salsa Fest is coming soon so I am focusing my training 100% on this event. With that in mind my upper body workout today consisted of only log clean and press with some battling rope work at the end. Here is the workout I did

Be careful about that which you pierce. Take into account that a piercing can get infected too. We try to do that which we can in surgery to avoid infection. I do not know anything about how the piercing was performed in this case, but the reconstruction may be difficult.
