bunch of overripe bananas hanging sadly from their hook. I am not one to waste fresh fruit, so I immediately headed for my recipe box to find ideas. These were my results; the first being these ridiculously easy Gluten Free, Vegan Banana Oat Cookies:

Deep knee bends and deep knee bend jumps will help improve your vertical jump height.....also, the fastest players often have the highest vertical leaps.
Deep knee bends will strengthen your knees and ligaments around them. Having strong, stable knee structures will influence how high you can jump.

Opening the Spine in ChiFusion Level 1 is not the typical foward-bending hamstring stretch you might expect. Instead, its purpose is to create a free, well-aligned, mobile spine.

So, Legally Blonde: The Musical has a song called Bend and Snap (my favorite, except for maybe There! Right There!). Someone sped it up so it's basically Alvin and the Chipmunks, except you can understand what they're singing/ It's the best thin ever.
