to slowly come back was to wholeheartedly embrace structure and routine again. I've really found that automating my life is working for me. So let me introduce you to my life lately... and then it all starts over again.
Man...losing weight is a lot of work. It requires so much dedication BUT I've found that having this kind of automatic routine makes things better
