to realize that I don’t really know how to relax. Today was my third day of being home from work, J also is on vacation. Despite being tired and sick, I’m still out of bed at 5am... with thoughts of what I could/should be doing. Any thoughts on how to teach yourself to relax? See, I sound crazy. ;)
