As promised in Know Your Muscles, I will be providing you with strength-training exercises for the final 2 muscle groups of the frontal physique. To date, we've looked at the chest, the abdominals and the front shoulders, now its time for the upper arms (the biceps) and the thighs (quadriceps).

Arm exercises: Part I
Now for strengthening our arms we are going to use cuff links or lift weights of 0.25 lbs. and as you feel stronger with cuff links of 0.5 lbs. When moving the arms, the muscles of the chest and back move and strengthen as well. Always remember to stretch and synchronize with breathing.
