Most women HATE their arms!
A lot of women get to a point in their lives where they simply refuse to expose their arms because of the excess fat and lack of muscular definition.

Tank top weather is right around the corner. I’m suddenly paying more attention to those dumbbells at the gym to tone up my arms and shoulders! It’s been a LONG time since I did some bodypart training and had an “Arm Day” but it’s been really ...

If you are time challenged like I am, you appreciate a workout that does it all. Because I spend a lot of my available training time running, I need a workout that can work my total body in a functional way, challenge my core, balance the strength in my legs without overdoing it, and, as the title suggests, create amazing arms and shoulders.

When I first did this exercise with in Barre class I immediately fell in love. As much as lifting weights has given me fantastic results, this exercise does not require the use of weights. Not only is it fun and energizing, it makes my arms feel like they are on fire! I don't want my arms to bulk up so this routine has made my arms long and lean. ...

Since I ran 10 miles yesterday, I decided to give cardio a rest this morning and focus mainly on building some strength. Also wanting to give my legs some rest, I concentrated on arms, shoulders, and abs. I did a quick 10 minute warm up on the elliptical, mainly because I was incredibly sleepy when I arrived at the gym and needed to wake myse ...

Since I'll be traveling next week and won't have much time after the Fitness Bonanza, I decided to not actually do a planned workout today.
What that means is that I usually change my workout every 4-6 weeks and strictly record everything. I'll be in Arizona next week so won't have time to get in my Thursday arm workout.
Here's what I did t ...
