Walk Duration: One hour...

Now that I have walked some 70 walks (okay, 2 of them were rather chinsy), what have I noticed about my physical conditioning

Last summer, I discovered two absolutely delicious types of apricots, one is called Angelcot, the other Black Velvet. Both have become favorites of mine that I am happily enjoying again now that they are in season.
In North America, apricot season usually begins mid-May and continues into August. Novel fruits, like Angelcot and Black Velvet

Here in California we are into the stone fruit season with an abundance of wonderful, fresh, ripe apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums, apriums, pluots and other new stone....

I decided to do some baking this afternoon, & so, created this original recipe for homemade apricot-nut energy bars. Several months ago, I made a cranberry-apricot banana bread & I'm happy to say that it turned out remarkably well. Banana bread
