these bad times someone should take of us. Who will give freedom from anxiety and fear? Is it Security Guards or Special Body Guards? Off course they secure you from the dangers many... a freedom from anxiety and fear?

It sounds strange to say but I was holding on to myself tightly (emotionally speaking) so I wouldn’t lose control, or at least that was the thought process. Anxiety has... is relative and has more to do with your state of mind then with anything else. It’s not to say that dealing with anxiety is easy, but it is to say that in many ways being happy

We should all realize that a time will come when we will have to face our fears and anxieties irrespective of how difficult they may be. There is one thing that I learned... may happen in the future. Next week will take care of itself.
Handling your fears and anxieties will take some challenging work. Trying to avoid you problems will do nothing
