I’m not one for a really tough approach when it comes to trainers. So when I found this video on demand, I loved it because Amy Dixon is so encouraging. This is also probably one of the most straight-forward and easy to follow videos I’ve ever seen.
Great 10 minute work out for before bed or first thing in the morning

What a joy it was, then, to find out about Amy Fenton Lee, who writes an incredibly informative blog about the topic of special needs ministry at The Inclusive Church Blog . I am honored to welcome Amy as my first interview guest here at Another Piece of the Puzzle so

So back in April my sister, Amy, called me and told me she was really sick and couldn't go out to dinner with us all. We had reservations at Kabutos for her daughter's... on Thursday, just in case Amy didn't get out of bed again. Which surprise, she didn't! So Paul took Olivia to school and told her to ride the bus to his house after school and he would

Just keeping you guys in the loop…..here is an e-mail I received from Amy’s Kitchen -
Dear Amy’s fans,

Office-Proof Lunch: Amy’s Country Cheddar Bowl with added spinach
Why am I so obsessed with Amy’s? The Country Cheddar Bowl is one of my favorites. I think one of the main reasons I heart Amy’s is because if I were to make the dish myself, I would use very similar ingredients. And if I’m going to be eating a frozen meal, that’s a must. I do

This is Amy rolling her kayak in Milwaukee a couple weeks back. Amy is a fantastic kayak coach, photographer and owner of Climer Consulting in Madison, WI . I have absolutely nothing to add, other than it’s a rainy day here in cheeseland and I’ve got to get on the road to take my son to visit the doc. So.. well, enjoy Amy’s roll.
