to go without underarm deodorants or use those that do not contain aluminum, but they just don’t work. Truth be told, I start to stink pretty strongly within a few days, no matter..., can get through the day by washing our underarms once or twice a day.

At one time I had heard that using deodorants/anti-perspirants that have aluminum in them can increase your risk of developing alzheimers (that would include other uses of aluminum as well, including aluminum foil, and baking powder, which has aluminum in it). I was starting to believe the answer to this question was a definite no. I’ve tried A LOT of natural/aluminum free deodorants over the years, but I always went back... actually played down concerns about aluminum and the cancer connection, but he did point out that anti-perspirant works by swelling the glands in our underarms so we can’t sweat
