I've been baking and getting ready for thanksgiving dinner. WellI have to make sure everything taste right...and now I feel...ill.
To the point where I may not touch dessert at all tomorrow. I think I'll load up on turkey...and find time to get some cardio in tomorrow.

In a recent survey, (see Schafer Autism Report, March 4, 2009) over 2000 physicians were surveyed about their views on treating autism in their practice. Of note, only 19% responded and those that did respond felt unprepared to treat autism. Primary care physicians, especially pediatricians, are being encouraged to screen young children for autis ...

Warning Warning Warning……Could Be Triggering………Do NOT Read If You Are Easily Upset or Easily Influenced
Feeling flat. Emotions are almost non-existent lately. Feeling somewhat robotic.

According to Wikipedia"Malaise is a feeling of general discomfort or uneasiness, an 'out of sorts' feeling, often the first indication of an infection or other disease.
