an adrenaline rush!! It was a super high jump for me to do since I’m so short and if I would have missed those handles or grabbed them wrong I would have probably slipped and broken my... a weirdo- others are getting adrenaline rushes off of drugs, racing, etc and I’m getting one off of pull-ups! Ha! Well, I wouldn’t have it any other way

Seriously, there are times I think I can take over the world. When my adrenaline really gets flowing, I feel like I can be superhuman. However, the adrenaline crash cannot be denied.
However, at least I can say the last 24 hours have been very productive!

So after my great run last night, I didn't sleep all that well. I tossed and turned and felt like I didn't stay "sleeping" for very long periods of time. Is this a common thing due to the adrenaline rush? Or was it just something else? Do you runners ever have that problem? I bet I was just too damn excited to let myself calm down.

Have you ever wanted to just throw all caution to the wind and drive as fast as possible, just because you can? Drive a tank? A Dune Buggy? What about skydiving….at 9000 feet? Tandem...

I've never had such an adrenaline rush for knowing my bib number before... but this afternoon when I checked to see if they were up... it was the BEST feeling in the world seeing 1764 by my name. It's all becoming so real... I love it! I can't wait until a week from tonight when I arrive in CDA and get my first glance at this city that has welcomed
