After a day at the lake, I'm very sore. The lake was so busy because of the holiday. The water was so choppy I didn't ski, but we tubed. We tried all different kinds of stuff on the tube, and some of it didn't turn out too good. I got beat up something awful. I'm bruised up, but it was a great workout.

Just wanted to note that I’m recovering a lot better these days. I’m only sore right after a workout. When I wake up the next morning I’m good to go. Wow, I am totally drained and sore. My ankle is really bothering me too. It hurts to walk on it. I know I didn't twist it at work because I wore a brace, and it doesn't hurt like that.
