I just now got perscribed to adderall, every day It makes my pinky and ring finger knuckle turn discolored like purple. What is this caused by?

In April of 2009, Adderall XR went generic.
According to this article in Philadelphia Business Journal:
“(O)n Thursday, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries became the first company to launch a generic version of Shire’s attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder drug Adderall XR.”

Recently my doctor switched me from Dexedrine to Adderall (well - the generic of Adderall) and the BIG difference between two two is that the generic Adderall... that with the generic Adderall I would have to cut the tabs and take them a couple times a day. My pdoc did give me a Rx for this good stuff, and the best news is that it does not interact with Lamictal or Prozac. He advised to not take a full does of Adderall with a full does of Ativan at the same time, but I can take the Ativan three hours after I take the Adderall. Which makes sense becaue those two pills, while one is an upper and one
