to touch, I was relieved. But I knew it soon swell up badly and needed quick treatment.
I rode home, and got out my cups, acupuncture needles, and the all too valuable herbal anti... still have to rebuild some of the strength, but thanks to the cupping and acupuncture, my rehabilitation will be only a few weeks, rather than a couple of months.

I keep up my acupuncture appointments once a week because they bring me such relief. Yesterday I went to my acupuncturist with the usual complaints: anxiety, aches, pains, fatigue, terrible back pain, and I told her I felt like I was getting a cold. 1 cup cooked Basmati rice
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup raisins
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tb. cornstarch

Although I really loved the idea and the look of a stainless steel sippy cup {like the Foogo}; EC did point out that they would probably maim someone should it be used as a missile by an upset toddler. Case in point, I got whacked in the head with a sippy cup today, but it was the BPA free Born Free sippy cup so it didn’t maim, just hurt for a second
