These points are located on the upper chest, just below the inside ends of the collarbones where they join the sternum. Press your index fingers to these points and hold for at least a minute. Consider also pressing your thumbs on these points simultaneously. Repeat periodically, as necessary.

Hold your thumbs or fingers against the two points which are located on the inside of the leg, just below the knee and above the calf muscle, on the side of the shin. Apply pressure for at least a minute. Pressing these points relieves discomfort from knee pain, swelling and oedema.

These points are located on the center of the palm-side of the forearms, about two to three finger widths up from the wrist. Hold both thumbs or index fingers to the points and apply pressure for at least a minute, longer if needed to relieve indigestion.

These points are located on the outside of each forearm at the place where your hand and wrist join, below your little finger. With you thumb or right index and middle fingers, firmly press this point on your left wrist and hold it for about one minute, then change hands and repeat.

Thought some of my lady blog friends might appreciate this.This point is located on the crown of the head, slightly back from the centre, in line with the ears. Several times a day, for at least a minute at a time, press the point with your index and middle fingers.

Hold both thumbs to the points located on the top of each foot, in the indention between the big and second toes. Apply pressure for at least a minute or longer if needed to alleviate cramping. This can also help to reduce pain and stiffness.

Hold your middle and index fingers against two points located at the centre of each buttock. Apply firm pressure for at least a minute. Release, then press again for a minute. This should reduce hip pain and joint stiffness.
