spinal rock drop
bird dog
swinging plank
single leg bridge
leg lifts
clam shell
push-ups
kettlebell complex, 4... weight burn out, do one set of as many reps of each drill and then move to the next right away, try to gas yourself out!

...it is metabolic resistance training with the goal being enhanced fat loss and work capacity/conditioning enhancement. You should be using exercise variations and weights which do not take... and this is going to defeat the purpose of these circuits...it is going to crossover into strength training parameters.

So with the Turbulence Training 30 Day Max Fat Loss workouts I have been doing, I am doing weight training 4x per week. I have been avoiding intervals on the treadmill, to avoid right hip pain. I still seem to be making progress, but I need a little bit of variety in my workouts, so I decided to add some body weight circuits.

Today I had two training, one easy body weight circuit as I try to break my body back into shape after a 6 week layoff in Ottawa and Greece. The rest was nice but man am I amazed at how much conditioning and strength I lost! Very frustrating!
Anyway's here is the body weight circuit, it is taken straight from The New Rules of Lifting.
