Midwife Ina May Gaskin talks about childbirth...
I've read her ideas about "sphincter law" before in Ina May's Guide to Childbirth, and could not possible agree more.
I also strongly agree with what she has to say about the gentleness or {unfortunately} the ferocity of cervical exams.
