We have been working on naming and correctly identifying colors in our house lately so I thought I would share some of the activities that we have come up. Quick tip: Getting colored lashes without using colored mascara

I'm always tempted to buy colored mascaras when I see them but as we all know mascaras have a pretty short life when opened so I hate to spend money on fun mascaras!

for Kellsey to play with, I found a coloring book, crayons, stacking blocks and a little baby for her to hold.

Can Panic attacks/ anxiety attacks cause discoloration of your fingernails?

I’m just curious because I’ve had a lot of panic and anxiety attacks and just noticed that my finger nails have an off-white line across them and a bit of a dark purple color just under that. So is this caused by panic/ anxiety attacks or is it something more serious than that?
