We all strive to have 6-pack abs- Alas if it were that easy ! Most people exercise inappropriately and don't have proper form, leading to more pain.

got the ab workout I did from the March 2010 issue of Oxygen Magazine. It was basically 1 giant set of 5 different abdominal exercises and I went through the circuit 3 times...
