Pregnancy week 30: Nesting begins

After a week of complete rest, am back to my old self again. Last week was quite an emotional rollercoaster for me, old fears coming back to haunt me.
I spent much of the week back in the apartment as a result, only venturing out with Sandrine to an exhibition Downtown.

I’m happy to report it was a good week! No trips to the hospital. No emergency calls to the doctor. No meltdowns. Just a normal pregnant week (meaning I was tired... if it starts.) Not that we’re hoping we go in to labor six weeks early, but if that’s just “one more event” to add to this ever-so eventful pregnancy, we’ll feel a little more at ease

Another question that could occur to you: Why does one need to take into account the factor of gestational weight during pregnancy?
As determined by the U.S Institute of Medicine... do cross certain weight limitsyour pregnancy will face an adverse outcome. These are just limits that could help keep both the child and the mother safe during pregnancy
