Thursday: AM: 4miles easy, abs /PM: 10min w/u, circuit for 25min
Friday: AM: 8.2 miles with Micah (7:20-30 pace)
Saturday: 13 miles in 90 min
30 min at 7:30-7:00 pace
5min... wanted to get my 16 miles in.
I did hit a major milestone, 13 miles was the longest treadmill run I have ever done to date. It went by so quickly that I really don't even feel

biking on the open road. Only about a dozen or so cars passed me the entire 26 miles and I came across at least 20 or so other people cycling. Nice course. According to my Garmin... through the 26 miles and still feel relatively fresh at the end. For my Tri the bike distance is only 13.8 Miles. This gives me the confidence to pedal hard and fast and leave

Well back on the horse today! After sleeping and feeling re-energized I got in a 13.1 Mile Bike ride.
The fun part was that I walked out to grab my bike and the back tire... days for the Cell Mass and Nitrix to start making a noticeable difference. I am very curious to see if these supps will work as well as they did for this training compared

for the Poland Springs Marathon Kick Off a few months ago, thinking it would be a great way to get myself in marathon spirit, and it was! Central Park was decked out in orange banners, the stands were up at the finish line, and running the last few miles of the marathon course was awesome and made me so excited for Sunday! While reading the excellent Half-Fast running blog, I noticed that Vanilla was going to try the FIRST marathon training program. This is a program in which you get to “run less often and still get faster”. It’s the 3-day a week marathon training program. Great concept.
