Today, I'd like to take you through one of my favourite exercise ball workouts. The great thing is that it only takes about 20 minutes and can be done pretty much anywhere as it requires no weights.
You'll be doing 4 exercises in a circuit training workout with each exercise lasting 30 seconds. There's no rest between exercises and you'll be completing
