With this diet, and my workout schedule, I hope to loose the last 15 pounds, but I think you could keep using this diet to loose however much you need. I get too hungry when I eat a 1200 calorie meal, so for me the 1300-1500 calorie plans take my weight off a little slower, but I am not starving. Don?t get me wrong?I am hungry when I go to bed

Gotta have plans! Life just rolls along with no focus if you don't have plans. This is how my life has been lately. I've got ideas, things I want to do and achieve... when he is 40 years young.
