Veggie Lasagna

I recommend this recipe! It's amazing. 8 lasagna sheets 2 cans of crushed tomatoes 8 fresh tomatoes, peeled and cut into cubes 4 garlic slices ½ sliced squash 6 chopped spring onions ½ sliced Eggplants 3 tsp pesto sauce salt Pepper Olive oil parmesan or other cheese to sprinkle on top place in the oven at 175C for approx. 45 min. take it out and sprinkle parmesan over the lasagna. Put it back in, raise temp to 225C and leave it there for approx. 5 min dep. on the oven you are using.

It is. I forgot to include broccoli in the recipe. I used to make this in France so I'm familiar with the brands out there. Last time I cooked it out here I used Buitoni and wasn't a big fan.
