Lately, I've been good about working on my arms and abs at home. For some reason when I'm not at the gym, I don't like the thought of doing squats and lunges. A friend of mine recommended resistance bands. I'll have to figure out some new exercises for the legs, thighs, and butt in order to spice things up.
Any recommendations out there?
