I'm trying a "diet," if you could even call it that, considering I eat five/six times a day. Only its a portion (size of a clenched-fist) of carbohydrates and protein with each meal. I've altered a bit to suit my needs, but I'm already starting to feel a little healthier (that overall feeling of well-being) after just a few days. I'll keep you posted!

Thanks Cathy!
Week One went very well. I lost about 2 pounds, and already feel like I have a little more energy. After the first day or so, my body seemed to get used to the new eating habits, so now if I feel hunger coming on I'll reach for a carrot or a piece of celery and feel fine for a while.
I slipped up a little on Friday, having one more piece of bread at dinner than I should have, and a small piece of apple crumb pie as well. But I didn't let it get me down.
On this diet, which I found in a book, you get one "free day," during which you can eat whatever you want, basically. Saturday was my free day, as I had a party to go to. I ate quite a bit more than I had all week, but I didn't feel bad about it, as I was right back on track today.
All in all, I think this will be a good experience for me and my body. I'd like to lose some weight, even if it's not exactly the 25 pounds you can lose if you stick to it strictly. I'll keep you posted.
