Eating Smaller Portions

I'm trying to tackle this one by:

eating on dessert plates

leaving an inch all around the edge of the plate

loading up on veggies

avoiding meats, mainly eating fish, and small portions of chicken

This is excellent advice. I especially like the dessert plate technique. But how can you fit a salad on one of those?! Keep up the fight - I swear it's neverending!
